Things You Need to Know
Once orders are placed there is a 1-2 working days processing time.
We currently have one shipping option available:
UK Standard Delivery - £3.99
- Orders should arrive within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch.
*Please beware that due to Covid-19 there maybe courier delays so your orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you are all as in love with our products as we are, however, we are aware that sometimes you may change your mind.
We are happy to refund items within 28 days of them reaching you as long as:
- They are in their original packaging and pristine condition.
- All product labels are still attached and haven't been removed.
We are unable to accept and refund items that don't meet our guidelines.
Any personalised items cannot be returned
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
As soon as we have received your return, processed and accepted it, you will receive a confirmation email and we will seek to refund your original payment method within 14 working days.
If you don't receive your refund within this time period, don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
How to return your item:
Place item along with invoice into your parcel.
Cross out your address on the front so that the parcel is delivered to the return address we have put on the back of your parcel
Take your parcel to your chosen Post Office. Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage and keep your receipt until we have processed your return.
*Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty item:
We try to ensure that all our products reach their recipients in perfect condition however we are aware that sometimes this may not be the case. In these situations, we ask that you contact us via .
If a fault has been identified within 30 days of delivery of your purchase you have a right to an exchange or refund provided that you notify us within 30 days after the date of the delivery to you.
Subject to the defect/fault being verified by us, we will refund you the price of the defective/faulty item along with the delivery charges you paid.
